We are available from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. (EST US / JST) from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the US and Japan.

Shipping & Payment

Shipping:

KENTO TAKAYAMA items can be delivered anywhere in the world. All garments will be shipped out from our studio in Japan. Based on where the order is being shipped to, the necessary shipping fees will be added to the order.

 

KENTO TAKAYAMA does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels, or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered.

Orders that are pre-orders will be processed once the collection is released. 

Payment:

KENTO TAKAYAMA accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. At present, we do not accept gift cards.

Delivery:

We are a slow fashion brand. 

All our products are hand-crafted and mailed directly from our studio. Each garment is a 1 of 1 piece and the original design from the Designer. All orders are running on an approximately 2 weeks (10+ business days) production and processing time depending on the product. We will try our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. 

 

Receipts:

The receipt (in PDF format) of your order from KENTO TAKAYAMA will be sent electronically to your email address.

We advise you to print and keep all online receipts in case of damages to the garment before arrival. If the item is damaged before arrival, contact customer service for further instructions.

The KENTO TAKAYAMA company assesses all damages case by case. 

Order Status:

All customers who have purchased from KENTO TAKAYAMA will be sent a tracking order status confirmation email after the purchase email has been sent. All other tracking information will be sent to you by the shipping company provided. 

The garment will be manufactured especially for you. Although we have the fabric ready at our atelier, there will be a chance we have to re-stock and that will delay the making process and shipping of your order. 

Size & Fit:

Write us before buying. We will personally help you with size and fit virtually. Otherwise, we will contact you when you proceed with the purchase to ensure we get your right sizes and to explain our on-demand process. 

No Return Policy:

There are no returns for any item purchased and all sales are final once payment has been made and receipt has been sent to your email.
